Privacy policy

How Archoric handles personal information.

This policy applies to information submitted through archoric.com or sent directly to Archoric using the contact details published on the site.

Data controller

Luce Dalvino Rodolphe, entrepreneur individuel, presenting the consulting activity publicly under the name Archoric, from 63 A Voie Communale, Ancienne RN3 Conde, 97432 Saint-Pierre, France. Privacy requests can be sent to lucedalvino@gmail.com.

Information collected

The enquiry form may collect your name, work email, company, role, product or solution context, stakeholders involved, the decision question you want examined and any additional information you choose to provide. Archoric asks that you do not submit patient information, health data, confidential credentials or other sensitive personal data through this form.

Purpose and legal basis

Information is used to review, respond to and manage professional enquiries, assess potential engagement fit, prepare requested discussions or proposals and maintain necessary business correspondence. Processing is based on steps taken at your request before a potential contract and, where applicable, Archoric's legitimate interest in managing B2B enquiries and professional relationships.

Required information

Fields marked as required are needed to understand and respond to the enquiry. Without them, Archoric may not be able to assess or answer the request.

Recipients and service providers

Information is accessed by Archoric and may be processed by service providers required to operate the website and communications. The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., which also processes form submissions when Netlify Forms is enabled.

International transfers

Netlify is based in the United States. Information submitted through the form may therefore be processed outside the European Economic Area. Netlify states that it uses legal transfer mechanisms, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, for relevant cross-border transfers.

Retention

Unsuccessful or preliminary enquiry information is retained for no longer than three years from collection or the last meaningful contact from the prospect, unless a shorter period is appropriate or a longer period is required to establish, exercise or defend legal rights. Information relating to an active client relationship may be retained for the relationship and applicable legal, accounting and evidentiary periods.

Your rights

Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data-protection authority, the CNIL.

Security and form management

Reasonable measures are used to limit access and protect enquiry information. Netlify provides controls for reviewing and permanently deleting form submissions. Archoric will periodically remove submissions that are no longer needed.

Automated decision-making

Website enquiries are not subject to automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.

Policy changes

This policy may be updated when the website, service providers or processing activities change. The current version will remain available on this page.
