The firm

Decision clarity built from evidence, not opinion.

Archoric is a founder-led specialist consultancy for healthcare AI and complex healthtech companies whose products require several stakeholders to understand, evaluate and support the same decision.

Why Archoric exists

Built after seeing credible products leave the decision to the evaluator.

Archoric began with a repeated observation: a company could have a credible product, substantial evidence and serious expertise, yet still leave stakeholders without enough structure to confidently advance the decision.

The missing element was not always more marketing or more proof. It was a controlled way to examine what the evidence established, which stakeholder requirement it served, what remained unresolved and how the decision environment should respond.

That became the foundation of Proof-to-Decision™.

How the work is built

Four disciplines support the same decision system.

The method combines evidence control, stakeholder reasoning, recommendation traceability and implementation discipline. None is treated as a substitute for the others.

01

Evidence discipline

Record what is public, preserve the source boundary and avoid conclusions the evidence cannot support.

02

Stakeholder translation

Identify who needs the answer, what decision right they hold and what work they are being asked to carry.

03

Decision architecture

Make the relationship between claims, proof, implementation, governance, outcomes and next steps visible.

04

Controlled implementation

Build only the response that an approved finding and validated requirement can justify.

What governs the firm

Clarity without overclaiming. Structure without artificial simplicity.

Healthcare AI decisions involve legitimate uncertainty, internal validation and organization-specific responsibility. The work should make those conditions easier to understand, not pretend they do not exist.

01

Respect the evidence boundary.

Separate what a source establishes from what remains an inference, a company-specific fact or a future validation question.

02

Do not confuse credibility with usability.

Strong proof has limited decision value when the relevant stakeholder cannot locate, interpret or carry it.

03

Make recommendations traceable.

Every proposed response should point back to a finding, a stakeholder requirement and a defined reason for priority.

04

Keep commercial claims responsible.

Archoric can strengthen the conditions surrounding evaluation and approval. It cannot guarantee how a buyer will behave.

Base and market

Established in La Réunion. Built for international remote work.

Archoric is legally established in Saint-Pierre, La Réunion, France. The practice works remotely with healthcare AI and complex healthtech companies across international markets.

The geographic base is local. The commercial market is not. Engagements, evidence reviews, workshops and implementation work are designed to be delivered remotely across time zones.

A complex product deserves an equally serious decision environment.

Discuss what your public evidence establishes today and what stakeholders may still need before they can responsibly advance.
